My view is that e - learning enhances learning and teaching experiences. Online communication tools are interactive and act as an enabler for alternative training methods. I've been using e - learning as an educational approach that supports traditional subjects for both graduate and undergraduate students. I have used it in various courses such as intensive care, nursing research, advance health assessment, and professional aspects of nurse anesthesia. The course is divided into modules and lessons; supported with quizzes, tests and discussions; and is integrated into the University Student Information System. The content is organized according to the traditional model and delivered entirely online in combination with additional traditional seminars and presentations by students, which are led by an instructor. Curriculum is completed at a predetermined pace. This format is called “student – centered “design where the control of learning is placed in the hands of the student.

I used to design learning materials. It is important to analyze students' needs for e - learning and find the best possible technology for different outcomes. The design is aimed at students who are able to understand the content by analyzing the information in the same way that traditional learning provides, but in a more productive manner and using the most appropriate tools.

E-learning is multimedia and technology focused. It is given to students in a multi-platform via various online channels: such as video streaming that enables students to better understand the course which they can watch at any time.

I ask open-ended questions and for students to share an article with others using the discussion forum. As e - learning allows students to learn anywhere and usually at any time, it assists with the communication of knowledge between students and teachers.

E-Learning at An-Najah National University is intranet based. It can include text, video, audio, animations and virtual environments. It can be a very rich learning experience that can even surpass the level of education students can experience in a crowded classroom

Students described the new applications and development of e-learning as very exciting. It is helpful, educational and they are energetic and enthusiastic to use it.

Learning is characterized not only by greater autonomy for the learner, but also a greater emphasis on active learning with creation, communication and participation playing key roles.
