Frankly, although I loved to learn what is new and attend every meeting related to e-learning center, I never wanted to design my course because I had fears that were

I'm a part-time instructor and may be I have no chance to design my own course 

My course that I wanted to establish was "operations research", which is quite difficult for  most students to practice electronically, and actually I found resistance from some of them in the beginning, but after that all students loved to solve problems and participate on e-course without boredom, even a part of them solved exercises before I finished my topic  related to

In my point of view, e-learning's team is a successful story itself because they gave me impulse to begin either by a good training or by encouraged words. I still remember what Dr.Saeda Affouneh  has said to me "we'll love that you attend our meetings and we see your beautiful smile" and also what Mr.Musab Miari has said to us "Just beginning is difficult and then you can easily construct any course"

All this encouraged me not just to build e-course but to attend "International conference for learning and teaching in the digital world" associated with that center, and indeed their conference was wonderful and I am currently waiting to attend another conference for them.

Ultimately, I wish that every single member of e-learning center gets award by the university's administration like what this center has been doing with us as they have been granting An-Najah National University a nice picture in front of its employees and other organizations
